The Valten house is mostly normal looking apartment set up. There is a staircase in the back, presumably leading to the Convenience store below. Or at least, the storage for it.
There is a kitchen in one section of the main room, and the living room next to it. It leads out to a sort of balcony, which is where Joan entered. Towards the other side of the room from the kitchen is several other rooms. Presumably Bedrooms and stuff.

Conny takes out a coin, then thinks for a moment. She shrugs and flips the coin before throwing the paper up as well. Letting both land where they will.
