The man was still sedated, possibly put into an induced coma to prevent the man from attemptiing any movement. It will likely take until a few minutes before his surgery for someone to notice his healing.

Alice sees a blinding flash for half a second. When her eyes recover, theres an envelope sitting at her feet. Ashley would know it as the man their tracking, but it wasn't trackable for her... odd... Two of the selentes atleast would be able to however.
