People often wonder where all of the books come from, but education has been on the increase in third world countries due to generous donations of school books and learning material. Sen has also sponsored a few archaeological digs throughout Egypt.

"Having decided that she has had enough of earth, Yomiko attempted to help Lunette find a way back to her home plane. Supposedly they succeeded, because no one has heard from Yomiko since.

Having left for New York for a new mission, Samson began work as a Pop Idols body guard. Two years into the mission Samson was jumped while escorting the Idol to her next show, ending with him bleeding from the neck and the perp dead. Shade made herself known by slaughtering everybody within range of Samson's shadow. As Samson breathed his last, Shade began to change, her hatred and wrath corrupting her once innocent personality. She soon became a Spirit demon, cursing all of New York with the agony and misery Shade felt from losing the one person she loved. The people still in New York had their shadows devoured by the now Demonic Shade killing them instantly. Two years later the whole of New York is known as the Eternal Twilight due to the constant Solar eclipse caused by Shade's massive curse. Over the next year people would attempt to enter into the Eternal Twilight to loot the now empty stores and banks, but no one who has entered has been seen or heard from.

 Now know by his psuedo-name, Dio Granse has opened up his Gallery to the public in France. People consider his art so lifelike that they feel that the paintings would jump out at them. He has even opened up his own art school, De peindre avec la Soul Une , where he teaches his students how to express one's self through the arts. As a side note, suicide rates in France have dramatically fallen.

Having witnessed the state the world had decayed into, Uhco retreated into the jungle near the Mayan ruins of Chichen Itza. Nobody has heard from her since. The Order believes that she is attempting to learn about herself, due to her having reincarnated 5 years prior without any memory of herself other than her name.

 Arthur has been on the hunt for a demon cult responsible for mass destruction of holy sites. Having almost no leads to go on, Arthur had dispatched his two best Paladins, Richard Del Nathaniel, and Kyomitaro Ryukasen. They so far haven't reported any encounters with the demon cult. Arthur believes that Osmodias, who escaped after Uhco was saved, may be orchestrating the demon cult, or could be a major player working beside others.

That won't resolve the problems that arise when one of the most famous cities on earth is obliterated. I mean, wouldn't that crash the global economy? Next station, societal collapse.

What's the difference between the forms? Is it comparable to the differences between ICARUS's chassises?

Hildas alternative forms have different stat allocations, while Icarus different forms have the same stats. It's a considerable difference

By the way, with the whole anti-magic fields and whitelisting, people should post about wether or not they are white listed.

As a general rule of thumb, magic that could be used for good business with relatively low threat potential would likely be whitlisted - Alice healing magic as a magical vet for example. People Like Alucard who summon monsters and create miniature black holes would kinda have a problem explaining the government why that sorta magic should be allowed in public places.

note, coverage in most cities is still poor, mostly over government related buildings, business districts and stuff like that, so you'd only have problems in certain areas not, non-stop

True, but the loss of Hiroshima and Nagasaki didn't cripple the world's economy - unlike the takeover of New York. That'd probably destroy society through starting up another great depression, leaving the world as some sort of survivalist nightmare with the addition of magic. I personally don't want that, it'd ruin the game.

Couldn't new york be partially liberated with anti-magic fields? Man, if I was a PC, so much magiscience would ensue.
