THe jets are just going to fly there. no need for teleportation. and Yes the bomb is a two stage bomb. Drop bomb towards mana incarnate, big boom happens that kills the connection between Hell and Earth.

I would like to point out that flying across the Atlantic with jet aircraft fully loaded with weapons and what sounds like an alloy not terribly well suited for flight is probably going to require a larger than normal amount of fuel.

This doesn't have to be plot relevant, but it could be.

they may have mid-flight resupply jets. those jets may be used by us as in we make them fall right into the bomber they are currently refueling

Nah, I won't spoil anything since no one has a clue of what their engine type is or what the fuel source is. Also, the Alloy is perfect for flight. so aerodynamic~
