lol, this interview was a joke. everywhere else, the head or at least the souschef was at the interview, in some cases even leading it, this time it was just the personel chef, who just handed me a questionair and was only concerned about my appearance it appears. not a single kitchen related question, not any questions about what i want. Appearantly, they are cicling through chefs like they are clothes. what jokers. I am really thankful I have choices, working for these guys would be a pain
