By using the associated magic circle, the grim reaper may be called upon to enchant or create an implement, the power of the result is proportional to the total payment value. Generally, more powerful artifacts may be created by inscribing a colossal magic circle directly underneath the headquarters of a county's revenue services and using the circle several decades later. The summoning will fail if the total payment value is below a minimum threshold, however. All resultant implements are destroyed and all resultant enchantments are broken upon the summoner's demise.

MAG to link or read. MND to control or force access.
Things like possession, voidwalking and true teleportation use MND to target.
Things like distortion attacks, energy blasts and picture magic use DEX to target.

Hence, both of Ashley's abilities require a MND to use, for void walk, MND to get the destination, for brainwaves, MND to control.
Selina uses a DEX roll to "target" the image or concept used, she later can take it out with MAG.

awww yeah, glassnoodle soup with poached eggs. It was a load of work to get them right, but maaan, this is living the life. Breaking them open with chop sticks, so the still runny yolk breaks over the glassnoodles to slurp up, together with the aromatic beef broth and the kick of the chilis - heaven
