Magic and superpowers are different, mainly because,as far as I can tell, superpowers are mainly related to genetics and magic isn't.

I guess a good example of what a superpower is is Samson's Limitations ability. He has full control of his body, able to take off the limits his mind imposes. Doing so damages the related body part to the stat that is boosted, but he doesn't use mana to do this.
