No, though you could have Annie or Wheatley control them instead. It works by repeatedly impaling a target with a tendril in a pattern that acts as the summoning ritual for a Fate tendency, that is, Annie, Cyrielle or Wheatley. Plus, here wouldn't be much of a difference between Cyrielle and Will possessing someone unless the latter is able to manually control all of their bodily systems without causing organ failure.
