I think the main arguments are:
-Void could have nailed anyone he wanted prior to Ashley
-Ashley was the first human who could survive in void
-Other entities that could survive in void, either naturally (there are void entities after all) or through other means (such as Abraxas) have been around for a while
-Therefore unless there was some obligation not to until around the present time (@Emp's argument) or he was more into humans (@Elf and possibly @Twi's argument) or some other factor, he would have either nailed someone earlier (since void entities exist in superpositions, statistically speaking, there would be superpositions of void entities in states that would have acted exactly as Ashley does) or remain chaste.

Essentially, it's a tangential discussion seeing as regardless of what people conclude or agree on, Ashley knocked up Void and now there's Nodoka. Not too sure on the whole "Queen of Void" bit (not much of a queen without anyone with any obligation to obey her). With an additional mini-discussion on people making assumptions on Void's sexuality, I'd call it a tangent of a tangent, but seeing as those two would be the exact same thing mathematically thereby failing to convey the tangential relationship, I shall not.

Of course, the same stuff could apply to Shys'm Caes and Selina though with less superpositions and less arguments available.
