As for the PA enlargement, square-cube law dictates that its volume and thus mass increases faster than surface area of its feet as it gets larger. You have a greater amount of weight force concentrated on its feet.

Not enlarging it. Upgrading it. It's just as practical if it's thin and can crunch metal as it is if it's big and does the same thing.

Assuming you can find some material to withstand the reaction forces and motors to impart that force, you could.

Though then again, it already can, seeing as a giant version of it would only be crushing stuff that its overweight ass is parked on top of, so between an overglorified weight and an exoskeleton, I'd say the exoskeleton already can crush more objects that are not directly below it and is probably more practical.

Yeah but if you're screwing physics with magic you could make other unrealistic things that are still more practical. Relative to the other options available with the current parameters, its practicality does not increase.

I suppose you could counteract it by having it have strong but lightweight armor and filled with a lighter-than air substance, but then it would be a giant humanoid blimp that likely cannot remain upright.

And also the dragon fight if Cyrielle didn't have a BS rifle.

note that the dragon was already taking  royal pounding, while not even succesfully damaging IRIS mooks. next round, the amount of pounding on that dragon would have increased.

Even without the rifle we would have had ample fire power to take it down. It would have just taken both longer, and resulted in more injuries for our side.

also, it wouldn't have been quite as BS if GWG hadn't misinterpreted the DC, AND there was a very unlucky roll.


I am not sure how a BS mech would be better than a BS riflew
