   Alucard is a man of tall stature with a long black trench coat and maroon colored shoulder plates. His mask is menacing in appearance, with a large gas mask and large top-helmet. His helmet's lenses are able to change color according to his mood, with each color indicating a different emotion.
   An unusual anomaly occurs within him; his magic wavelength often seems interfered. This interference is small where devices can still pinpoint it, but is not as precise as all other magic wavelengths. This happens because his soul is linked with Bartimaeus.

What we know:
   Some time ago, Alucard managed to get trapped inside of the void, spending more than a decade in its nothingness. There he met the two-horned entity Bartimaeus of Lolgrammoth, whom followed him and told him of the void. During his final year inside the void, a mysterious portal opened in front of Alucard and Bartimaeus, for an unknown reason. Upon entering the portal, Alucard returned to the material realm with Bartimaeus--but not without consequence. Upon exiting the void, the energies of the two suffused together and joined Alucard's soul to Bartimaeus's void essence, forming a connection of creation and void between the two. This connection allows them to communicate to each other's minds, and often share pain as well.
   In 2002, IRIS recruited Alucard to research void magic. He has contributed to many valuable discoveries concerning void magic and is very intelligent in the matter. Upon completing an IQ test, he has ranged in the higher scores which further denotes his train of thought to be intellectual. He also has knowledge of artificing.
 He has no known family members, implying that they have passed away.

Personality:
   Alucard is almost always calm and collected. He rarely expresses his humor but sometimes shows happiness. When he is angry, he often becomes amoral. He often lapses into days of silence where he dwells within his office in contemplation.

Power: Uses a special type of void magic which relies on unusual characteristics of a 'pocket dimension' found on the outer planes of the void. This dimension is dubbed the 'Other Place' by him and is home to a large number of 'spirits', one of which is his companion Bartimaeus which he met during [REDACTED]. Only a small amount of matter is able to exist in the Other Place, any high amounts of matter entering would be obliterated and converted into void energy.
   Most of his power relies on his companion, the shape-shifting spirit Bartimaeus. Bartimaeus is able to phase into the Other Place and control various aspects of it. One of his powerful attacks, called the 'Inferno' is able to be used because Bartimaeus phases into the Other Place and creates a magic fire which siphons void energy over time. Alucard is able to open a small portal to the Other Place and release all the built up energy in a fiery explosion, with its power depending on how long it has been charging. It is estimated that it would take approximately 100 years for the Inferno to charge enough so that it gains 10 kilotons of force. Along with the Inferno, Alucard (using Bartimaeus's help) is also able to conjure a 'Surge', which is essentially the Inferno but with electricity instead of fire.
   Alucard cannot use most of his magic without his companion's assistance, save for a few common void magic spells. He is able to open a small portal to the Other Place which is a powerful vacuum which sucks air into it because of how gasses work, they move from an area of higher pressure to an area of lower pressure. The other place, being a vacuum, sucks all the air into it which is then obliterated and converted to void energy.
   Other attacks have been known to include flashbangs and the such. Sound energy cannot be used because sound requires a medium to pass through, and matter can only exist in the Other Place in very small forms.
   Like all void magic, Alucard is able to teleport. However, because he is only able to access a small section of the void (the Other Place), he can only teleport a short distance which ranges to around a kilometer and has a slightly longer teleportation time. To teleport longer distances, Bartimaeus has to assist him.
   Alucard seems to be an expert when it comes to opening actual portals to the Other Place. His portals range from various shapes and sizes and power. One type of portal he can conjure is a bubble around him which sucks in a small part of the air around the bubble to prevent sound from penetrating it. It's essentially a vacuum shield.
   He is unable to cast most of his magic without Bartimaeus being near him. This happens because [REDACTED].

   Bartimaeus is a spirit that comes from the Other Place, a small pocket dimension which rests in the void. It seems that he has no actual form that he takes when entering the material dimension, but most often takes the form of Corvus corax, a common raven.

Often more humorous than his companion, Alucard. He is extroverted and often playful.

Power: Being an entity which comes from the void itself, he uses void magic and is able to phase to the Other Place at anytime. He is able to conjure various forms of magic energy into the Other Place. This magic energy 'charges' by siphoning void energy resting inside of the Other Place. Because he is able to do this, he is crucial to Alucard's magic and leaves Alucard especially vulnerable when he is not with Barimaeus. He is also able to shape-shift.
   Bartimaeus is also able to cast different types of magic other than void magic, called void-essence magic. This magic works like his shapeshifting of himself, only he shapeshifts his magic. In order to do so, he must actually convert some of his essence (what he's made of) into magic energy. Doing so siphons his HP, so he doesn't do it often.

   HILDA-01 (Hovering Integrated Locomotive Device and Assets) is a robotic android with metallic skin and bright azure eyes. Her legs are branded with a blocky text saying 'HILDA-01'. It is unknown who or what made her, but she very close to Human indeed -- she is capable of feeling a wide range of emotions and can respond to situations effectively. She has a strong mind and can do math in a moment's notice, from graphing linears to calculating orbital trajectory. As an experimental model, she experiences software and hardware glitches at times. She also has a device known as a MSC (Magic Siphon Chip), a feature that allows her to gather and use mana just as a normal magic user would do.

~HILDA-ALPHA (The Vanguard)
   A huge mecha primarily used for extremely physical attacks and for transforming into vehicles.

   A slim form with body parts that act independently. Designed for magical attacks and has a spiked skirt that spins, as well as an orb surging with magic energy.

Backstory
   Eduard Gerber. Student of engineering. Sexual deviant. Social outsider. Falls in love with Hilda Koubek, who is working in the local bakery. He begins buying the same bag of cookies from her every day, for 2 years. Eventually, he confesses his love. He is rejected. He begins to stalk Hilda Koubek, for another 2 years. He observers her becoming the girlfriend of Franz Stettin. He murders both of them with a boxcutter, however is too much of a coward to finish his plan and kill himself. He feels lonely. Using the pictures he took of Hilda Koubek, he builds a primitive robot in her likeness. He hugs the robot every day. He is not satisfied. He wants Hilda Koubek back. On an underground tech-forum he learns of the mistress. He asks her to put Hilda Koubeks soul in the robot he built. the mistress explains she can not. But she offers him an alternative. In exchange for Eduard Gerbers soul, she takes the robot, upgrades it, and installs her servant Hanaestil. She gives Hanaestil the task to simulate the behaviour of Hilda Koubek, as described by Eduard Gerber. They live together for 3 years. Eduard Gerber is not satisfied. He is burdened by his guilt, and the knowledge that this is not the real Hilda Koubek. He orders Hanaestil to uninstall and delete all files. He now finishes his plan and commits suicide. An error occurs. Fragments of Hanaestil remain in the robot. In the three years, reality had infested these parts, and they had to be severed to allow Hanaestil to return into the void. The remain fragments continue the simulation of Hilda Koubek, the baker.

She is often playful but will display a high intellect on matters of technology if need be.

I think it's fairly silly that they have a 'religion' because they keep mistakenly checking an item, but w/e.

Also the false prophet business, I assume, is caused by Flareon sucking shit in Gen 1.

I don't think anyone takes it as seriously as even Pastafarianism.

According to TV Tropes, it's because they were wanting to evolve it to Vaporeon (for Surf) or Jolteon (for battle), but wound up buying a fire stone instead. And some dolls.
