no point in scrapping it, though I do wonder why none of the angels bothered blasting whomever sealed Shis'm Caes to smitherens. I mean, Shis'm being sealed is a huge risk for creation, should something come along that would require Shis'm intervention (which is also good, because it makes many plots possible in the first place (at least the ones I have in planning).
so please do go on, Angels wrecking shit *is* okay (as long as the rules dont change mid-fight to suit them ). By now, I think everybody hates the angels so much, if you scrap the plot now, we will never have a chance of revenge. Next time, we will have prepared for them, and *maybe* will manage to get some coordination going, and then we will tear those fuckers limb for limb.
so just bring the fight to a conclusion, and the next time we face the angels, have the rules ready, visible for everyone, and binding. When someone calls out an attack with mechanics that have not been fitted to the combat rules yet, just ask the player over PM *before resolving the action* and discuss how what works.
Then simply take your time with the turn post (and don't forget so many things ), and it'll be much smoother. I think the main problem is that there is just *so* much going on at once, it's hard to keep track off.
I was very angry yesterday because you seemed to insist on making Hainuwele entire useless almost on purpose, so I might have been more strict with you than I should have been, I apologize.
just make up for it by at least giving us a chance for revenge.
Also its soldier<archangel<principality<power<virtue<dominion<throne<cherub<seraph
I am aware it's much more complicated in the actual bible. I'll probably do some editing. Also I thought Archangels were a bit higher on the list?
I'm with GWG on this one. They're powerful enough already without special silly rules. Dex needs to be nerfed in general already, anyways.
Really, Dumah seems totally reasonable. Asariel not so much- multi-action needs to be SEVERELY nerfed.
Honestly, though, if they're supposed to be way way compared to us, who saved the world, that's fine, but I have just one lore-related question: where the hell were they during the Layar invasion?!?
Oh, by the way, Rag wasn't keeping track of Seles/Asariel's HP. :/

Yes I was, just not on the google doc...
oh shit my notepad exploded because my computer crashed. >____<
Well, you're all standing in the way of a super weapon that will, while probably not blowing up the house, will render the antimagic shield somewhat powerless and kill any organic in it's path, short of a dragon.
Not necessarily true anymore. Asariel's escape and ensuing curse is now null and void. Kyle and Marie's attacks would have been executed. As the beam was nearly ready to fire, the entropy magic, if it was in Dumah's body would have greatly empowered Kyle's attack.
Trust me, at this point you really don't want Dumah to get killed.
All that Entropy has to go SOMEWHERE, after all. It's not just going to fizzle out.
And for Asariel, I am aware that it's not necessarily curse magic, but it still falls under her domain per the thing I mentioned earlier.
Also, Elf, previous events in the game would contradict your statement. from what I've seen, the spell works by suppressing magic, how would it even KNOW to suppress, say, a burst of fire that's not magical in nature, only conjured by magic?
how did the magically created hail not vanish into the ether before striking the house?
how did Slendy's EM affect things in the house?
The more I think about it, the more it sounds like you're just trying to screw me over.
