Then how are you sure that she would develop? Anima hasn't developed too much from her plot...

To be fair, that was more explaining why Anima's like that rather than to develop her. She's probably already reached her development, having lived far longer than most of the party.

Personally, I don't see why we need such severe plots to catalyze character development. Not everyone is so important that they need an entire plot dedicated to them, furthermore, I'd rather confirm character development when it happens rather than being told that it is planned.

Well, she's mostly just a person that randomly appears and does things with gods. She could still be developed. Also, I'm fully expecting Anima to cut in and say 'Does that mean Kyle has a crush on me as well?' just for Kyle to get flustered.
