I think you just let the person borrow the summon and you make up the stats. It shouldn't use mana if my guess is correct.

Still, making you lose all of your mana for a really huge nerf to yourself isn't fair. Once the summon's bound to Kyle, it's permabound to Kyle barring intervention.

How about instead have her use, say, 30 mana to form the summon, then have an additional upkeep cost of say 5 mana every 5 posts?
The summon would last for 70 posts however so maybe more mana as upkeep?

This way Sen still has a penalty for the non-natural skill, and can keep it going for a while?

Or just pay all your mana and keep it as a permanent summon for Kyle. No upkeep, and it gets stored in Magical Summon Space^tm.

Yes. That summon, however, is now tied to Kyle, and will only serve Kyle, even leeching off from his mana if needed for skills.
