It mainly lies on Akroma's opinion since he plans on HILDA playing a role in his plot.

As for my new character, it will be a doozy. Although I still have to message it to @Elf for his seal of approval since it contains a bunch of plot stuff. I'll give you a hint though.

I heard about it a few days ago, then watched and tried to participate for a few minutes. Later, I noticed it on Google News and looked it up on TV Tropes. Having read just the main page, I already have a strong opinion on the Democracy/Anarchy thing.

Regarding that new possible character, that BETTER not be related to a certain organization of vampire soldiers defeated by, in no particular order, A group of mercenaries named for another group from an old film, a vampiric police officer, An army of Crusaders from the Catholic Church, and Dracula, Like I think it might be.

Also the false prophet business, I assume, is caused by Flareon sucking shit in Gen 1.

No, it's because there was a string of bad events that involved Evee turning into a Flareon, so everyone blames it and calls it the False Prophet.
