An outrage is the least thing you want. This kinda place sounds like a special ed thing where people regularly have to forcefully wrangle autists around who develop bullstrength when they get angry. It hardly sounds like a place where depression is treated. I simply fail to see how any of this is supposed to be beneficial, and I think this is the line of arguementation you should pursue - calmy. If you cry or rage, nobody is going to take you seriously. Stay clam and just explain to your parents that this is not helping, only making things worse.
I mean, I dunno about your situation and how you feel about the whole thing, but depression is rarely a thing that gets better when you are seperated from normal people and hidden away from public in some sort of retard prison.
What helped me and still helps me with my depression is the thought, no, the actual certainty and knowledge that there is nothing wrong or even strange about being depressed. That there is nothing unusual about it, and that even longer episodes of depression will pass eventually. A place like that would have the entirely opposite effect. It would only make me feel like there *really* was something wrong with me, I'd eventually feel ashamed about my depression and would simply hide it so people would think I was *normal*. And then what, they think I am cured? Negative reinforcement might work to drop a bad habit, but not an illness. This is nonsense.

Well, at the moment I'm mostly just trying to get out of it.

And I'm also working on an argument for legal stuff, so we'll see how that goes. Probably poorly, but it's nice to have around.

well, I don't really know of any way to get out of it in a fast way, as your parents probably paid for this and now want to at least wait a while and see if it really happens to have a positive effect. I fear you might just have to stick with it for at least a semester. Just make sure you never drop the topic - but calmly. Don't rage and scream at your parents, just be honest and openly explain that you don't like it and why.

also, just be patient. What really helps chemical balance is getting out of puberty. Did wonders for me, at least

Sadly, I can't help much, me being unfamiliar with it. However, I can agree with Akroma's advice: raging will only convince them into finding something much worse than that.
