It depends, really. Anywhere under 100 mana is back in fifteen, 200 is thirty, and anything after that is fifty.

Basically, Akroma is right on the meridians being disappeared, but Chiron took care of that and they'll regrow over time. However, on shortened lifespan...she'd be right if Chiron was exploiting the Hayflick limit. He isn't.
