I'm finally catching up on Pact* (and not the first time), and at the end of 3.5 I realized that the lawyers are a lot like this game's Wall Street, just less omnipotent and more sinister.

Also, they seem more regulated (from what I can tell from skimming its Tropes page). Seeing as if they lie, they get screwed over completely, if a Wall Street entity lies, then any associated contracts made whilst being mislead by that lie will not work with no other consequences.

I just remembered that I never wrote a description for Cecil's contracting entity. Seeing as Everything: Gaiden is comatose again, here's a description if needed:

If where someone to see it, they would have seen a solitary, hooded cloak, levitating in a manner that seemed to imply it was being worn, yet with no such person in sight. A crimson tie, with a Windsor knot rests within it.

The delineated edges of the cloak mark where the known universe terminates. The fundamental forces practically cease to exist as the exchange of gauge bosons that mediate them grind to a calamitous halt. The insatiable maw of entropy begins to choke, with all transfer of heat, and other forms of energy for that matter, becoming impossible. Electrons scatter from their atoms, now unbound, quarks drift aimlessly, no longer participating in chromodynamics. Despite this, no collisions occur, as kinetic energy may neither be exchange or transformed anymore. The exact properties and charabcteristics of the garment are nigh impossible to define, as no information may be exchanged.

Of course, few do ever see it. Rather than perceiving the signifying visage, the signified concept is forcibly implanted into the minds of all whose gaze upon it instead.

It's ability is Embargo, it can disallow any transaction whether it be of assets, mana (thus nulling the supernatural), gauge bosons (which can cause issues for people if only gluons are affected) or information. It's one of those completely overpowered entities that are likely to never interfere, seeing as it is rather unlikely that any character or hostile is going to commit that much tax evasion. It may be the grim reaper, but it only really acts when people evade a lot of taxes without justifiable reasons.

Speaking of supernatural entities... I had an idea for a suggestion game while listening to some music.
The basic concept is you play a less than guardian angel for troubled people/suicidal people? There could be some special twist on it like it being set during an apocalypse or some other disaster?
