While the entire discussion is very interesting, Patrick (it isn't, that was a lie), I think you should perhaps back out of the thread now. Not that abandoning the game at the first sight of trouble kind of makes you lose the right to argue with other players over pointless matters which are now outside of your capacity to influence, but it kind of does. If you truly wish to argue with someone I advise you do it over PMs, instead of flooding the OOC thread with useless junk.
I'd also like to note that it is very childish- and spiteful-looking to attempt to have a character "beaten senseless" because he is somewhat impolite with tribesmen (tribesmen who, in your posts, did not seem to observe any particular amount of politeness) after you've had an argument with him on the OOC thread. It almost looks like you were trying to get a petty revenge, which is of course ridiculous since you are obviously bigger than that and you knew that once you took the coward's way out you no longer had the power to act like that anyway. What exactly you were trying to do if not that, however, is very much unclear to me, since I can't see any other possibilities.
In short, it would be very much appreciated if you left and did not come back, or at least if you left and only came back for productive, necessary posts to answer questions coming from someone wondering what Tsujochi would do in x situation, for example. It would also be very much appreciated if you did not try to intervene IC while you can no longer do so, especially since your previous intervention did not exactly bring anything useful to the thread, unless you consider an inflammatory OOC discussion (which could only be expected, considering the nature of your own post) to be productive.
Sorry if that seems harsh, but I really do think the thread has been flooded enough. Thanks.
