I just discovered it and its now my favorite tileset. Will MDF have it as an option in the future? if not then is there a way to add it myself with all its features?

I have the same question for the Obsidian tile set: I don't think it's already included in the GUI selector, but can I easily add it and have it work?  I'm a total newb to DF, but watched a lot of Arumba's LPs and have finally decided to play.  I just want to be able to do my own quick comparison between Ironhand, Phoebus, Spacefox, and Obsidian.  Like Arumba says, I'll probably end up sticking with whatever I start with.

You can just overwrite everything and run straight thru dwarffortress.exe , but i think something is not right when you do it like with mdf

It is planned, but I cant alter the UI atm, otherwise I would have added them long ago. In 1 month from now I can do it

Hmm, I don't comprehend this answer, sorry.  Based on Meph's response about incorporating it in the near future, I think I'll just play vanilla DF for a bit to learn the basics, try out some different graphic packs, and have fun... then move on up to Masterwork and all its extras.  And maybe Ironhand or Phoebus will turn out to be my fave anyway:)  Many thanks.
