Oh, and also Build a city with high amount of poverty and hate, but has massive amount of Industry.

If you fail this, your god will turn into an ice cube, and the god of heat or magma will have to DECIDE to let you out. If you succeed with a 6, you'll do it so well that the plants will freeze themselves and die. You'll need the combined force to be a 5, and 3-5.
