You can pass through teammates, by the way - you just can't end your turn on their space. And you can't shoot through them. Try all you want, though, you'll just end up killing your ally.

A minor suggestion, it might be better to call the turns (in the thread title) a and b, so right now its turn 2a, and next it will be turn 2b.

Gonna say that Overwatch requires that you reserve enough Time Units to fire once and use a Reaction Point. Reserve more TU and RP to fire more than once, but you still only shoot at moving targets and shoot at each target once.
