I'm going to be on holiday for the next week or so, so I won't be posting any turns. Default me to Overwatch or something.
If anyone else wants to play, you can let them 'borrow' my character for the time being.
Assuming he will be gone for exactly a week, that means that it will take at least 3 more days for him to be back.
Its up to you if you want to wait for him, but if you
do want to wait I think that it would be better to give his actions to one of the team 2 players till he gets back, at which point he could take over.
Whoever hasn't posted, you're on Team 2.
Do you want me to hide the other team's actions [ie. PM everyone their maps instead of post it public] and have people send in their actions via PM?
Assuming everyone posts their turns simultaneously but turns are run sequentially (but all at once), I am totally against it for two reasons.
A) It gives an advantage to the people that post their turns later (since the people that go first will know the location of their enemies, while the other will only guess).
B) I don't think that the need for secrecy is so great that spoiler tags won't work.
Actually, thinking about it, I do think that this might work better with turns run by team (EG. team 1 runs, then team 2, then team 1). This would allow everyone to see the actions of their enemies (so they don't have to guess where they will move) and removes the need for secrecy. On the con side it would slow the game down a bit, but IMHO it would be worth the reduced trouble for guessing where enemies would move.
