In the beginning you'll mostly be defining geology and geography.  You can either put the land where it will have a certain climate, or just adjust the climate to your choice, depending on your style/spheres.  I would suggest naming regions only after they have formed.  You might also want to say which regions are next to which.

Later on, when the planets are properly alive, you may create pre-forested regions or whatever.

Also, the moon might not be a good place for life, because its temperature varies a lot through the month.  But you're gods, so that's just a minor challenge.

Oh, I don't mind the moon's temperature variations. What I've got in mind really isn't that temperature-sensitive. Although colder temperatures will be preferred, naturally.

I know my recent action MIGHT have ruined fniff's RP a bit, but to be fair I DID say I was actively scanning the stars, and thus, space.

Hm. So would my action be valid, or would you prefer I create some region-seas for it to exist in first? I had intended for it to drift around wherever the tides took it, despite being a region in its own right, but I could create at least one of those destinations for it first.

Figured I should warn Gamerlord he needs to put his actions in BOLD ORANGE. LIKE THIS

A spindly figure of yellowed bone uncurls itself and examines it's surroundings.

Heh heh, more work to be done!

Gorgamast creates an island in the middle of the ocean and forms it into the perfect cradle for living things to grow in.

Also you should probably define what "the perfect cradle for living things to grow" is. I mean all sorts of beings have entirely different biologies, what works fine for one thing is poison to another. I mean a fish with gills can't live on land after all. And a polar bear would last about three minutes in the Sahara :P

Nerjin troubles me a bit; too similar to a mix of Gorgamast and Acheron.

Since I said he's in, he's in, but it would be nice if he had a different idea for a deity.

Or, since Gorgamast was the last posted, maybe Gamerlord could change him a bit.

Edit: Forget changing stuff, I think there might be some specialization differences and resource conflict.  I'll wait and see.

Are you kidding me? I posted my dude first! Bah...

Yeah, I had noticed that you had as well, however.... our OP is the greatest of all of us gods, and.... his is the first and final say.

So I kept my fingers silent about it.   :-X

@Nerjin: That's pretty much the real reason I changed my mind.

@IronyOwl: It's a cool region.  If I need to know where it is at some moment, I'll roll a die.

@Gamerlord: Your action is a bit vague (and not oranged), as pointed out.  I'll let it go this turn, but please try to be more specific in the future.

There has been complaints about the Bold Orange.  I ask you to bear with it for a while at least, until I know whether it is truly necessary.

All actions have been posted, and I have a bit of free time this morning before work, so I'm processing the turn now.

Dice rolls:
Eskcanta: 1
Nerjin: 5
Gorgamast: 1
The Consequence: 2
The Herald: 1 (Three ones already?  I should probably use a digital die next time.)
Acheron: 1 (This is getting ridiculous.)
The Shifter: 2
Argentia: 1 (What. The. Farce?!)
Holden: 5
Azahaam doesn't get to act this turn.

Let's hope the solar system survives at least. ;)

You really can both sig it.
But... That would break the laws of sigging! We can't have everyone running around with the same quotes. IT MAKES THEM UNFUNNY FASTER!

I cannot possibly see how me rolling a 2 on throwing giant flaming meteors at a planet could end badly. Nope, not at all. =)

*sings*  We are the 1s.  We are the chosen 1s.

We are the ones who get the 1s, so lets get rolling!

Turn results have been posted.  Not too bad.

The northern continent takes up the room of 4 regions, the equatorial one takes 3, the desert one takes 2.  One of the two desert regions is full of radioactive magnetic mountains.  The other regions are all highly mountainous, with the occasional active volcano.  This takes up 9 regions on your size 40 planet.  The moon is size 20.

Naming the planets and regions aren't actions.  Speech is a freebie after all.
