Assigning areas for the intermission:

Argentia - Her crescent continent
Nerjin - His continent on the moon
Holden - His project
Gorgamast - His island and optionally the surrounding ocean
Esk - The Archipelago and the tropical continent
Acheron - The polar continent
The Herald - I guess you would like the southern desert continent?
The Shifter - Your islands and optionally the surrounding ocean.
The Consequence - Make another continent, or expand an existing one, or get creative.

When I assign you optional surrounding oceans, you could of course raise the land if you want to.
You can trade areas around among yourselves if you wish.
The idea is just that we are fast-forwarding to the next interesting time; the rise of civilizations.  Maybe we can get some actual biodiversity as well.

@Gamerlord: The sapient race is optional, but will likely be whatever Gorgamast wants them to be, within previously specified limits.

I note that we have no underwater deities.  Maybe Azahaam should do something there... but he's the star god.

EDIT: I have updated the map.  I hope I got everything.  I took the liberty of naming the planets.  Although Incognita is technically size 40, we need 20 ocean regions to keep the water cycle going, so it now shows size 20.  Just keep assuming that there is lots of ocean around.  I changed Oscura to size 10 so that it stays smaller than Incognita.

So, shall we type up our paragraphs now? And will they be rolled for?

There won't be rolling.  You can type them, but not yet post them; I still need to write the Chapter 1 outro/extro.

Alright. Typed up my interlude. Three short paragraphs good?

Quickedit: And "The Shifting Isles" will suffice as a name for my islands.

I don't want any lands under my control, as that'd be kinda against my character.

@Fniff: Maybe you could write about you aren't doing anything suspicious.  Nothing suspicious at all. ;)

@HFS: Possibly.  Don't get bored, though.  I think my walls of text won't be ready until the weekend, since I'm feeling rather unwell.

Ehh, still no. Again, Herald's a subtle agent. Having a whole collection of lands under his control defies the point of being hidden and flexible.

I meant to say "instead of" writing about lands.  Just build up some tension and/or funniness.  But writing anything at all is optional anyway.

Turns out my 'unwell'-ness was an oncoming flu.

I have reserved a post for my outro, so you can go ahead and post the interlude stuff.

You really can both sig it.
But... That would break the laws of sigging! We can't have everyone running around with the same quotes. IT MAKES THEM UNFUNNY FASTER!

Wait, what are the 'previously specified limits' again?

Hm... I have an entire molten surface to myself. Why do I have the crazy urge to turn my little area to a hell-scape designed specifically to capture mortal souls to allow them to life forever while becoming a true dark god in the process?

Welp, I made a living island and the beginnings of an insectoid race. Looking good, really.

Yeesh, good luck with that flu. That's gonna suck for a while. :(

EDIT: I don't think I'm going to, but I just thought of a hilarious way to get inspiration and ensure... authenticity in our interim actions.

Declare, roll, for, and then write up turns for yourself.

You probably wouldn't actually go to 100, and you wouldn't have to be 100% accurate, and the results would be different than if DreamThorn was interpreting them, but it'd probably be funnier than just typing out what you wanted and might give you that organic inspiration effect rolling for actions sometimes does.

Hm... kind of tempting, actually. I'm already getting a lot of ideas for what I want to accomplish, but is that really the RTD way? Just whatever I want to happen actually happening? :P
