Turn 5
The Colony: (you might want to just follow this link instead since it's a big image: http://i.imgur.com/dERiqL3.png )

Spoiler (click to show/hide)
One of the fire teams continues to the north while the other stays behind.

One of the clones starts analyzing the tree the robot brought back. You query the other one about how long it would take to develop an artificial intelligence. The clone tells you it would take about 12 man-turns worth of effort to create an AI.

You have finished backwards engineering the Laser Pistol. (+15xp, blueprint added)

You have the Oil Rig continue drilling down in case it finds something deeper.

The North: (you might want to just follow this link instead since it's a big image: http://i.imgur.com/uEz2Y45.png )
Spoiler (click to show/hide)
The fire team reaches the area directly to the north.

Lets see. Light green and grey things. Noted. Move on, then.

Someone should come and collect samples of them.

Hank now Work on the Rifle instead. The other researcher will work on the AI.

Everyone keep same orders.

At some point we really need to work on a wall/palisade. Can't be too careful.

We're doing a ditch already. It's the best we can do with out current resources. Can't make concrete till we get more bots working on it.

Unless we reduce the search party to 2 bots (as I proposed) and keep the other 2 in camp.

Fuck concrete, wood will do. We should also camouflage our facilities. Can't be too careful.

Wood will take longer than concrete and isn't as strong.

And I doubt we can camouflage effectively, we have quite a few installations that require open air access to be functional.

All they need is solar panels/exhaust vent/comm mastvexposed. Cover the rest in vines.

Sounds like a plan. And yeah, concrete will be easier and stronger than wood.

I am fine with Ebbors plan, but have them work of the EMAG rounds first.

Turn 6
The Colony: (you might want to just follow this link instead since it's a big image: http://i.imgur.com/JLg08TR.png )

Spoiler (click to show/hide)
You have the two robots that remained behind start gathering some of the rock in the ditch and turning it into concrete so you can start making some more solid defenses. You don't have any bags to put it in so you just pile the cement on the ground for now.

The clone has finished analyzing the tree the bot brought in. As far as you are concerned it's just like any other tree, no obvious uses beyond what you could do with any other chunk of hard wood.

You make up some blueprints for e-mag rounds before you start reverse engineering the laser rifle. They are just shaped lumps of metal so it only takes you a turn (blueprint added). (+5xp)

The Oil Rig has struck oil! Judging from the pressure it's a pocket of about 50 units.

The North: (you might want to just follow this link instead since it's a big image: http://i.imgur.com/61FBylE.png )

OK.

The oil rig can start pumping, if it has an internal storage. If possible, the robots can also start refining  a small amount into plastic.

The now free science clone should quickly develop a plastic container system, that can be used for oil, water, cement and whatever else we want to stuff away and move around.
