Uriana Cleans the vial, then finishes the order. She leaves a sign in front of her door that she will be back in two hours, and goes for a stroll to enjoy the day

((...I can't believe that I actually started researching that for my post...))
Kyle decides to kill some time by pondering about the usual itinerary for Anthrocon. Well... there's quite a few interesting exhibits and...
GM Convenience Roll [1] ((Well shit. I was really hoping for a 4, 5 or 6 which wouldn't require a description.))
Let's start with the constructs, shall we? After all, they were one of the main attractions of Anthrocon. Constructs weren't strictly weapons, most weren't military units after all, but Kyle was somewhat knowledgeable about them since rapiers where practically rudimentary constructs and some weapons are designed to be integrated into constructs. Well, obviously a modified construct is far more convincing than a plush-suit wearing human, and with the variety of constructs, some of them where spectacularly realistic. External appearances were the primary focus, no need for any specific qualities beneath the verisimilitude.
For more humanoid furries such as vixens, bipedal armor-like constructs where used, often based off of more archaic military designs that were accessible on the internet. To modify a decorative suit of armor or humanoid frame isn't too difficult for any experience engineer or blacksmith, just removing and replacing some plates on the joint areas and integrating either a magical or electromagnetic rotational actuator. That should cover movement, plating that protrude too far will be removed and replaced by structures placed inside the armor. Then, gyroscopic sensors and/or stabilizing weights are placed to ensure that the unit can move without falling over. An access panel would be carved in and the unit programmed. Doubtlessly, some testing would occur at this point to ensure that the programming and motors work. Then comes the fur. Well, there are plenty of options. Fur or a fur-like substance can be applied to it, that's the obvious, simple solution. Another, more expensive option is to place an enchantment on it to release thread-like consolidated distortions, with a fine mesh placed over the unit so that instead of a solid fluff, it would be coated in fine magical fur. A third more technically advanced option is possible, by using advanced ethereal magic to superimpose a border construct onto the unit, realistic fur movement such as whisker movement and undulations during shivering could be mimicked.
Unsurprisingly, Anthrocon has progressively expanded its jurisdiction so there were other archetypical constructs. Less humanoid ones that resembled stuff like arachnids or demons used varying design aspects from constructs with similar traits. So while an arachnid-like furry (well, some arachnids do ave a fur-like hair...) would likely consist of a the upper body standard humanoid unit except with different fur, everything from the waist down would have to be replaced with a spider-like cartography construct and the two units would need to be linked together. Demons would be harder to emulate, spherical clothing would have to be worn by the construct and shards similar to aerial walkways or rapier blades would need to be linked to individual cores before linking into a core integrated into the primary construct.
Needless to say, at times, Anthrocon resembles more like a robotics festival than a furry convention. Hell, sometimes Itova's military gets involved just to showcase new technology and get some good publicity, though that's probably just an excuse for the more enthusiastic members to have a day off somewhere that they enjoy.
Well, shift change in about five minutes, accounting another five minutes for putting away weapons and changing shifts as well as transport, the first of Kyle's customers should begin arriving in approximately ten minutes.

((I'm assuming she cleans it using Maxwell's Demon since it's the most efficient for this sort of thing.))
Uriana carefully places the armored watch-glass in one of the containers that had been imbued with defensive-systems. Taking careful aim, she made a vague hand gesture in it's direction. The actual gesture didn't really matter. No spells aimed that way actually were specific about gestures it was more because it was psychologically reassuring. Several souls burst out into existence as a purplish-pink stream in front of Uriana's hand, striking the watchglass. For an immeasurably small instant, the watchglass was coated in a crystalline mass of solid air at absolute zero. A brilliant radiance glowing from the point which had been heated into a plasma. A resounding, decisive cracking noise resonated throughout the room as the thermal energy violently rushed back into an equilibrium, deforming the fuck out of the watchglass and shattering the tungsten. The container was protected by a subtle supernatural glow that quickly dissipated after shielding it from the blast. Uriana sweeps away the tungsten, and disposes of the watchglass. She packs up the flasks of viriophage and locks them away before closing up the shop temporarily. As she walks outside, she sees tourists milling around in a bit of a panic, there were posters on a few walls for some reason. A man with strangely white irises and a sword stood on the footpath looking slightly confused

Harkus witnesses a bright echo signal bursting out from inside of the alchemist's store, attenuating rapidly. Theurgy with ethereal magic. Without a doubt. Strangely, the echo signature was more similar to the sort of stuff from military test firings, it's distinctively high-amplitude ripples indicated it that whatever caused it had potentially lethal force

Uriana curiously checks one of the posters, and perhaps asks one of the tourists what is wrong

((RTD rolls with be in brackets, D20 in brace, D100 in parentheses.))
Poster Enchantment Roll [6]
Uriana curiously inspects one of them, touching it.
[5] Hmm... auto sticking enchantment, simple but reliable for poster distribution, though it seems whoever enchanted it either got too enthusiastic or overestimated the required enchantment power, so these are a bit, well, 'overcharged'...
Urianna begins reading the poster, noting it's stylized wolf insignia first. It was simple and minimalist. Quite clear and blunter than a really blunt sphere. That got blunted a few times. And enchanted to be blunter. And reshaped in a cube for the sole purpose of shaping it back into a really blunt sphere for the process to be repeated on.

"The Wolf Pack is accepting new contracts, a few representatives will remain in the city if you need to contact them then you will find them in tents outside the city.
P.S, if one hair on the heads of one of my pack is harmed your city will burn and none will be spared."

Asking the nearest tourist offers a few insights into the situation. The gentleman Uriana asks seems somewhat bemused about it all, "I'm not too sure myself, a bunch of people flew in, looked kinda like dragoons and made a damn lot of noise. I think a few people thought there was an invasion until they started dropping those posters..." he gestures towards a nearby poster. Almost as if on cue, a young man, clearly a bit drunk or at least hungover, probably going home from a party gets too close to it. The overcharged poster randomly sparks and detaches from the wall, re-sticking itself on the lad's face which results in a rather spectacular yet oh so pathetic fight between his flailing limbs and the piece of mildly enchanted paper. The paper won by ring-out. Floating constructs began their dive preemptively even before the unfortunate fellow slipped over one of the guard rails. He'll be fine, well physically at least. His pride probably took a good hit though. "*facepalm* I think alcohol is more of a threat to public safety than the people who delivered these. At least mercenaries don't inconvenience civilians..."

As Kyle considers the which magazine he should purchase and what sort of business image it would contribute to, the first few customers begin to walk in. There weren't that many right now, only a handful of dragoons with their varying streamlined armor and customized equipment, but that did have the effect of making the shop seem specialist and cultivated a certain 'elite' image. A few mercenaries walked in, examining some of his displays.
((I'll cut off the description here since I have no idea what the layout of Kyle's store is like no do I know what he has on display.))

The carpets do a good job muffling the sound of foot steps coming from his various costumers. He watches some dragoons looking over his armor displays to the left of the entrance. He eventually decides to watch the mercs looking at his custom weaponry display to the right of the entrance. He was feeling quite proud of his work when he looked back at the armor display noticing that one of them was crooked.
Fix that before I leave today.

One of the customers, a mercenary, at least she seems to be one, she isn't actually equipped with any armor at this point in time, so there's always the chance she might be an off-duty dragoon, carefully inspects one of the railguns. She tests the breach mechanism by applying a progressively increasing force with her hand, pressing the rails backwards. Breach calibration was a rather important factor in railgun use, though often overlooked, it determines how much force is mitigated from the recoil and how quickly the railgun's mechanisms will move into their 'reload' configuration. The fact that the young lady carefully examined the weapon in such a matter indicated that she had some experience with such weapons, possibly even using it as her primary weapon. For some reason, she wasn't paying much attention to the specifications of the grip or the trigger.
Another customer, this one definitely a mercenary, clearly identified by the Aldarian markings on his armor, tests one of the rapiers. Firstly, he empirically tests the form shift speed, repeating the process several times to account for fluctuations and consistency during extended us. He makes note of the shard orientation during this process, to his delight he notices that Kyle had ensured that the rapier's shards always faced forwards during the whole relocative process, that ensured that it was possible to commence a stabbing or slashing attack while the rapier was still reverting from shield configuration back into sword configuration. He swings it a few times, noting it's light weight and relatively broad width before placing it back in it's usual position. Not suitable to his style perhaps? Broader rapiers where a bit better for enchantments but less effective for stabbing and precise strikes. He finds the slimmest rapier in the stored and tests it again. He seems rather impressed, he's now in the process of repeating the shift speed tests he performed on the first one.

"Indeed. How's the systems conductivity of this?"
Systems conductivity was of course a measure of how efficient an implement is at acting as a conduit for offensive systems, more technical discussions often referred to the SI unit of Derms per meter, though chances are the potential customer just wants a general estimate. Well, needless to say, the rapier isn't as conductive as a sword type, but it should still be fairly efficient at acting as a systems conduit.
((Yes, I am now consulting the RTD Library & Hall of Fame for SI unit names.))

Kyle looks over the blade.
"It's not as good as a sword if you want to focus on the systems conductivity of course, but it will still be fairly efficient in acting as a conduit."

"Fair enough, how much is it?" He switches the weapon into shield form one final time and holds it, idly drumming his armor-encased fingers.
((Weapon cost is pretty much the same as that of IRL custom weapon cost.))
