Isaac deploys his steel cog shield and.. [88+18+10+10 from shield] He successfully doesn't get hit.
((Should I get some sort of bonus for dodging with a shield but some negative effects for actual firing?))

[85+5 Support + 10 trance + 29 mag +6 conjuration)
...She bandages/clots it with steel, basically. It's heavy, but apparently it works, and possibly results in some very unusual chemical bonds.
