He got his arm back, check for edits before you post.

The man laughs insanely as he is covered in blood. He then leaps in the air and lands in CJ4. The blood washes off and he appears to be fine. He sends a blade through the neck of the Party Soldier. Killing him instantly. As blood flows up his blade he yells "GIVE ME YER BLOOD!"
