Clair Black:
Bonuses: Journalist,
InfiltratorNeural Intrusion: Theurgy [Sumizome], accesses the target's mind and extracts information. A certain degree of focus is required to use this spell and reduce the amount of corruption it causes. Corruption to memory is similar to data corruption, it results in distorted or false memories being extracted, plus it makes the intrusion more likely to be detected. The longer the spell is prepared for, the higher the degree of accuracy, it may be used on a whim but it is far more likely to extract irrelevant information or basic instinctual drives.
Flatline: Recurrent [N/A], a powerful, high-cost spell. Upon activation, all distortions in the area are neutralized. This results in all spells and enchantments becoming inactive for a split second. Armor and weapons suddenly become heavy and spells will fizzle out of existence. A rather unconventional spell reverse engineered by Clair from the protective systems of airship units.
Low Frequency Pulse: Recurrent [N/A], fires a semi-directed pulse that over-amplifies the strength of extremely weak distortion sources i.e. neuro-electric signals and currents in microprocessors. Upon impact, short ranged pulses of similar type are emitted from the impact zone, temporarily causing fluctuations. Can be used to force open some locks as their locking mechanisms may cycle open during the interference.
Micro Time Stop: Theurgy [Merrinae], a small projectile is fired, upon impact, an extremely small area(less than the size of a person and only slightly larger than the projectile) has time stopped. Repeated applications of physical force build up on the object. When time resumes, the sum of all the form placed on it is enacted.
