Meh. I don't see the complaint, tbh. Every castle should have a ghost. The Tower of London has dozens.

Having our father as the ghost would have been cooler, IMO.

He didn't die anywhere near the castle, though. Besides, a prince haunted by his father's ghost? Never heard that one before.

Oh, right. He was mortally wounded then brought here.

Maybe we can meet another guy called Jack and stuff him in a box.

Then we'll have a Jack-in-a-box too!......

You whisper to the darkness. "Leave me alone, Jack. You're dead these three months."

The "***" broke up the post, and signified the passage of time. In this case, three months. They didn't find him, and now he's dead.

Sorry for the delay, everyone. Weekend was social events that I couldn't evade, and the next turn requires time to focus and sort out the data in the character sheets, and also to firm up the loose concepts of how to introduce the new turn within this regrettable structure. A task that I need some undivided time to accomplish.

Update somewhere in the next 48 hrs.

Where was the corpse anyway? It must have been found by three months; the smell, forgive the pun, should have been a dead giveaway.

Not necessarily. If we couldn't find him by following the sound of his crying, we probably couldn't find him by the smell either. If he was in crawlspaces that ran throughout the castle, both the sound and the smell could be coming from a vent far from where the body was.

Let's introduce that book to someone who can read.
