My stats look cool. Are the NPC towns other then the Temple of light actually going to do anything?

They are moderately defended targets for factions who want to mess with combat without having to wait for dragons or PvP. I guess if there is enough interest I can make mechanics for trying diplomacy.

The NPC factions are not united. Each NPC faction is its own singular entity.

I imagine you have to scout them out first, then make a raiding party, then not get beaten half to death.
Also have to deal with the diplomatic consequences of that.

Well, considering that I'm the only one with an actual squad, and we know just about every settlement's location...

The self-proclaimed king of the Kasvaldni league still very much knew that most of the others had not yet formed any sort of militia bands or the like, whereas the boon that the Kasvaldni had "given" them an appropriately-sized band of Phantoms. Needless to say, this made Khaz'gar confident. Perhaps even overconfident...
