I've got the specialsits for one, and I can provide the fighters for more. I also have the scholars for more archers as well, since we also have towers too.

Well we have at least 2 dwarf nations in the pact, so we will have quite a few craftsmen for both the archers and the phalanxes

You have to spend a scholar on that.

I think if all possible resources were sent on over to me next peace phase, ignoring new experts acquired, I could only make 4 or 5 phalanxes with our current resources.

Those calculations were including the cost to make one.

Well, looking at your growths, you're likely to get two scholars a turn. If you're alright with it, you could send those three my way(assuming you DO get three) and I can do them all in one turn. Or, you could send me one per turn until your starting towns all have a fancy new archer loitering around.

My chances of getting at least two scholars next turn are...I'm not sure what math to use. Probably around 70% or so, I think.
How about this. You provide one of the scholars, and I'll repay you when I get the chance, if I don't get two next turn.
