Uh, it looks to me like the char gen program bundled with JParanoia doesn't generate characters compatible with Paranoia XP. Strength, Endurance, Moxie, etc are Fifth edition or earlier.

EDIT: In past sessions we've used this webpage here to generate random characters, though it is completely random. It might be nicer to let us make our characters by hand with a point-buy, because that way we'll be able to pick our specialities and stuff. Your call though.
