You haul the protesting man into the Radiology Department just in time to see the Spec Ops guys round the corner. There are a lot of them. Bedsheets are pretty easy to find; they're all over the place.

You find no stockpiles of metal or foes to fight. The best you can locate is a couple of burnt out cars.
