Honestly I found that social minions are FAR superior to everyone else when dealing with super agents.

Mostly because unlike everyone else, social minion attacks actually freeze them and go one at a time.

Then you have to make sure you do an intelligence drain torture device on them. After they are escorted out, they are basically dealt with.
