Even if you succeed in hitting him, Wrath's health is still not low enough to be dismembered. You might at least interrupt his casting. As you are targeting the limbs he use to cast the spell, he'll more likely just get interrupted rather than miscast it.



If you fail, like said earlier, he will freeze you in time.
