With my data unaccesible for the moment, I still do have the itch of writing. So I thought - why not continue to expand "This World" of
"You are a (currently) bound familiar" to pass the time? So here are your picks for now. It will only be in SG Format, obviously. It is also bound to run somewhat slow, at least in comparison to my "normal" desired daily-update+ speed - I am traveling afterall. But else, let's have at it, Yay!

You are currently residing in "This World", one of the many planes of "Our Multiverse". While you better not question the creativity or naming-sense of the inhabitants, there is the matter of your own identity. You obviously would never doubt it, nor would it occur to you that it could be otherwise - but sometimes it is a good start to state such things. What start I am talking off? Don't you mind the small stuff now, and do stop forcing me to break the fourth wall in the first post! Some people...

On to the matter at heart;

A certain Son of a well-renown Wizard - You have yet to achieve anything of note, but you desire otherwise...
A certain mighty Extraplanar Entity - Currently freshly summoned into the western parts of "This World"...
A certain Vulpine Beastman Warrior, Half-dwarf Priest or Half-Troll Sorceress - Obviously a few years prior to the original setting...

Preferably a Half-Troll Sorceress completely unrelated to whatever might have happened in that other game.

They would all be "certain" for a reason. But If you want unrelated persona, the last option can always apply.

As of now we would have more or less two votes each for "Vulpine Beastman Warrior", "Halftroll Sorceress" and "Extraplanar Entity". If there is no consensus the next time I drop by, I`ll go with the dice.

Extraplanar Entity.

Yes, you are an Extraplanar Entity - well, at least on this Plane you are. Some scrawny Planar that stands on two stumps, and is somehow flailing around with its two other appendages is in your immediate vicinity, wich makes it your presumed summoner. You are not sure if it has prepared one of those dreaded spells of binding, or if those are even possible here, but it should not matter all that much. It might be wise to think of a name thou, as some planes associate some powers with it - better be on the safe side here.

Finally you have escaped from the plane where you came into existence, and it was arduous indeed. There were as many semi-plains in it, than there seem to be stars in the sky. Only that you never have heard of these "Stars" yet, and that you thus certainly wont think of this analogy. But all is well.

Where have you come into existence?

The Chronical Planes - Where time shifts and grinds differently with each step.
The Elemental Planes - Where said substances flow free of any constraints.
The Ever-Changing Planes - Where nothing ever stays the same - nothing.
The Planes of Uncertain Life - Where sometimes even death holds no sway.
The Planes of Certain Death - Where the context of death does not exist.
The Planes of Possibility - Where quite everything can happen to beings.
The Planes of Deception - Where nothing ever was as it seemed.

Obviously you thus know how to change said properties in your favor, wich was essential for your survival. That reminds you of the life you previously led.

( Terms for both of this are obviously rather vague - hey, what do you expect from inter-planar translations? )

Meanwhile the appendaged creature, that somehow makes you naueseous, is frantically moving its upper apendages. You sure hope it is not the prevailing lifeform here. Yuck.


For those that need to know, the Plane obviously decides wich abilities are at your current disposal - thou it can be presumed that you could get proficient at this strange system called "Magic" that these Planars use. What you were on your plane decides your other abilities and current form. This one - as indicated by the ?? - is open to suggestions. Some Rolls will be involved with the shape, so donīt think too hard about that part.

Should someone of you come up with an interesting plane, it obviously can also be choosen. But as it needs to be converted into some ability or attribute, I might ignore "The Planes of Cheese and Engravings". Actually, I am sure that I will, at least that one.

Also, I changed the colour scheme, so donīt go comparing it to the one in familiar. Just letting you know of futility is all.

This, naturally, makes us a rather frustrated sort, as we are never quite sure what we rule over, what our ruling entails, how our ruling affects anything, whether it affects anything at all and whether we are, in fact, a ruler, considering that all of the previous questions are a complete mystery to us.
