Correct temperature issue, return habitat to a comfortable climate.
Obtain nutrients.

(5+1) You set the power sinks to a more appropriate level, now that they are debris-free. The habitat returns to a pleasant heat.
(1) As you ready to hand the shift over to another in order to consume and refresh, an alarm sounds, and the supervision point seals shut, trapping you inside. (Ah, life in space, where even simple tasks can be complicated beyond the point of frustration.)

Sign off on all the paperwork. NO MATTER WHAT IT ACTUALLY SAYS.
(1) You Sign off on all the paperwork. NO MATTER WHAT IT ACTUALLY SAYS. (Is it bad, when a critical failure causes you to do exactly what you planned to do?)

Find the nearest sentient (Or semi-sentient, given the inhabitants of this ship), and begin asking as to why we stopped.
"Let me guess. The brain-dead parasite of a pilot forgot his security blankey and now we have to stop and get it for him before he starts throwing a temper tantrum."
(4) You snarkily ask your guardian compatriots thee meaning of this sudden stop. The long-beaked one speaks into its comm briefly, then replies: "we're here."

...Uh...Get up and look around.
(1) you unsteadily climb out of the bed you are in. The pain shooting up your leg is too much, and you collapse onto the floor. You can see even less of the room you re in now, as you find yourself staring at the base of the bulkhead, six inches in front of your face. There is some kind of metal furniture item beside you, but all you can see is a foot or so of the side at the bottom.

Buy Lunch.
(5) You  swim to a nice little fish-fry down the way, bordering on a pleasant sandy beach in the park. You settle in under the shade of some overhanging vegetation and enjoy a pleasant meal, surrounded by the sounds of aquatic and terran life.

EAT ALL THE GARBAGE
(1) Hungry and disoriented from your trip down the chute, you shlorp back into the garbage pit and consume the nearest organic compound. It makes you sick. You are having trouble seeing, and you are shivering quivering uncontrollably.

Absorb nutrients, send a small FB to the station's requesitions offer to request any data files that are missing.
(6) The nutrients fill your tendrils and flow into your body, relieving your hunger and clearing your mind. You send one of your small FB to the Primary Requisitions office (in Ring Alpha!) to request all missing files. It will take several hours for the little guy to get there and back.
The rest of your FB are present with you.

Guess the shift isn't done, then. Oh well. Not like a fungal being needs rest.

Check why that alarm sounded. Was it from something within the Former habitation unit or a station-wide alarm?

Have sudden shift in mood to the positive direction. Ask when I get to start blowing the rock to bits.

Well, let's say you're going away from Earth on huge spaceship and suddenly shit goes wrong and you have Super Mutants. Social Experiments prepared them for this.

I'll give Xantalos until tonight, then a turn is going up. Sorry it took so long to respond.

Examine Leg.
(5) you hear a door open, and someone comes up behind you as you roll to look at your leg. They turn up the lights, and help lift you back onto the bed. You see by their uniform that this is a xenodoctor. They seem friendly and explain the damage to your leg, which isn't severe, but will require you to walk on a crutch or to stay off it completely for a day or two. You also discover the traumatic remains of your once proud tuxedo.

Guess the shift isn't done, then. Oh well. Not like a fungal being needs rest.

Check why that alarm sounded. Was it from something within the Former habitation unit or a station-wide alarm?

(4+1) You look at youralarms and sensors readout, and discover that the alarm went off due to the sudden temperature fluctuations. the doors sealing were an emergency response to possible life draining changes in climate. You see that there is no new catastrophe, and so this alarm should be easy enough to revoke.

Go find someone to be "helpful" to.

And I would say no, its pretty awesome when that happens :P
(2) You are deftly avoided by the seasoned cargo crew, and can find no one around to interfer- ehem, err - "help".
(1) you fail completely to recognize the ominous foreshadowing from the GM's strange question. Heh Heh heh heh heh

Have sudden shift in mood to the positive direction. Ask when I get to start blowing the rock to bits.
(2) As soon as you prep the collectors, determine a suitable target through testing drones, microwave, radar, and x-ray testing, navigate the ship into position, charge the mining lasers, open the intake, and focus the beams. Then, if all goes well, you can blow the rock to bits.

Attempt to cry pitifully, in case some youngling happens by and sees a new gooey pet.
(6) What luck! One of the maintenance crew sees your suffering and comes to rescue you. With a (plexglass? Clear aluminum? Glassteal?) glass jar.It wades into the garbage in a bio-hazard suit and carrying the large jar in one hand, and a scoop/vacuum looking thingy in the other.

Go to my house, Sleep.
(3) You swim along the waterborne channels to your habitat, which has both water and land areas within. Before you can enter, a neighbor - a mammalian river creature with thick, waterproof fur and a sleek, agile body, webbed paws and bright black eyes - intercepts you to chat about a river sporting event that happened recently.

Herp Herp turn up later.
(5) your final FB does, indeed, turn up later, carrying reams and stacks of files, data chips, and handwritten notes, and pulling a cart behind with even more.

Sneak off and sabotage the lasers in a way that they will HAVE to send me to blow it up.

You ... You want to use a Former on the lasers? Okaaaaaaaaaaay ...
Also, perhaps I should make myself a touch clearer. These are Industrial strength lasers. you will get quite a ... visceral response from using them, and they make much bigger holes than you could personally achieve with hand explosives  lasers, etc. Of course. If you wanted, you could pilot a scouting pod - they have more direct-operated lasers and "small" explosive charges for testing the very large chhunks of rock you will be drilling for minerals, metals, and, and, and something else beginning with M.
