There are ways to deal with them. Alter them to be harmless, make parasites, whatever.

Such is the riddle Tanzerat has asked of himself/herself and all he/she meets. Tanzerat is deeply philosophical and non-sensical in conversation, confusing his straight and clear society. Where his people content themselves with their 'divine purpose' and industry, Tanzerat has always tended to wander and look beyond the fields and houses, always asking "why?". That there was a completely logical reason for this did not help him/her at all. His/Her perceived laziness, eccentricity and physical disability has made Tanzerat a pariah amongst his/her people, being only allowed to live for his/her memorisation of oral tradition. Thus, Tanzerat often spends his/her days either staring at random objects in deep thought or teaching the youth about their culture.

One day, Tanzerat always thought, he/she would apply his/her ideas on the world. One day, his/her people would see the wonders of philosophy. One day, Tanzerat would not be a stigmatised Outcast; he/she would be a glorious Sage. Perhaps that day would be tomorrow? Tanzerat would have to think on that.
