Younger Gods, I am going to consider civilization developing, when fire (or another form of light-source, such as some form of crystal), farming, and Granaries are discovered.  The latter will come easy, but without any wood to burn, or other light source to begin to utilize, there will be some problems with the first one.

Each time a race is created it starts with 25000 members.  Humans have one less, since one becomes the Oracle.
