Depends how high Zantiy made the atmosphere go. Maybe he made it thick, but only up to a certain point, at which it drops off into vacuum quickly and unexpectedly. It would prevent Tower of Babel incidents after all. "Oh you built a tower to the heavens? I hope you brought your heaven-suits."
