Making Humakt your chief god would probably not be wise, seeing as Humakt's followers are usually bloodthirsty death-worshiping maniacs.

Humarmokt?

There are other clans that worship different gods as their chief deity, there's that one vingan clan for example, and the ducks also have humakt as their patron deity. The decision for those three specifically to be available as your clans patron deity is probably because they're the big gods that are also associated with farming.

If i knew that we'd make such fast progress, I would've asked you people for a tribe name...
This run feels like a speed run, we'll see in 10 years.  :o

I gambled a lot, and my general strategy seems to have worked so far.

Come on, chaps, guide poor ol' me into disastrous and pointless death to victory

Also : the questions that torment me : What do those new sacrifices do? Whom to sacrifice for Aroka quest? Did i explore the requested areas, or is it a bit far off?

You should have invited those tricksters to stay, then made them into your ruling council, that certainly would have beat the curse.

Edit: Also, won't you win in about ten years? Is that banner ever going to come into play?

That icy lake up there is the thing I was talking about it. Send some more people exploring up there, see if you can't get something from it.

Yep. "Seize Land" option.

No, no, kill as many as possible, followed by raze tula, followed by steal cattle, and then seize land. I'd add in taking thralls but apparently Tad's ancestors disapprove of that (the murder is all fine, though).

I'm also interested in that. Anyone?

Is it even possible to get rid of a clan permanently? If you seize their land, they just move. So why not start with that? I mean.. It'd cost us many, many years to follow your plan!

Well, that would give you the maximum resources out of it.

You selected short campaign at the beginning of the game, so you will win 10 years after becoming a tribe.  The banner, is the marker for when you'd win a long campaign which is 44 years or so after you become king of dragon pass.

Could you try, when you can, exploring to the southwest of where the marsh ducks are?
