Fairly eventful session.

Hansa formed Germany and is quite sizeable country by now.
Italy continues to spread colonies and their silly fashion everywhere in the world.
Russia is growing huge and stable, with 200k forcelimit and about to Westernize.
Mamluks integrated all of north Africa and are now eating India.
Ottomans were AI-played for the most of session.
France did nothing except for using haxes to stay on top of income chart with ridiculous tax and production.
Russian Norway has settled bunch of colonies in north america which allowed big blob of Cherokee to start westernizing.
Glorious Spanish Empire has stepped in and civilized all pagans in Africa and Americas under golden standard of Spain. Soon to be: United Empire of Iberia, after I finish up cleaning the defiant Portuguese.
Imperial Japan ate Korea and is drilling into asian mainland!

Near the end of session the World War II has happened as a coalition of Mamluks, Ottomans and Russia fired off against France in order to prevent France from integrating the PU'ed Bohemia. Initially Italy and Hansa joined on French side, but before troops could move, Hansa already bailed out in seperate peace deal and France has conceded the war without a fight.

@Tarran:
As I said, let's discuss the colonization when Andrew is present. Our previous deal was that you stay out of New World and have free hand colonizing elsewhere. Pretty borders weren't part of the deal.

@Andrew:
We have got a lot to discuss.

@Twiggie:
Well done, comrade Twiggie. About time Lombardian fascism fashion was culled. Though the base tax should have been lowered to 14 at best!

Last I remember is that your Lancaster died and a Rurikovich was next in line. Lancasters still rule in France and Liege.

Due to me getting burned out from playing too much EU4, im not going to join the next session or the ones afterwards. So anyone that want too, can take my place as Germany.

My colonization in Africa was mainly just to extend fleet range around the horn and into India then hopefully China. Did Glorious Britain AI colonize more of Africa?

Once I get those trade posts up and running, I'll divert all of my attention back to the New World.

I don't think so, but England did go to the indies.

I think I'm going to drop out. Azthor has my permission to have every single province I have (so me dropping out doesn't royally screw him over), and trade them to others if he wants. Alternatively, people can play Italy for themselves.

There are several reasons why I'm not interested anymore. One of them is the speed of the game is too slow and too scheduled; it doesn't run when I feel like playing. Another is that I am somewhat tired of vanilla EU4 and am basically waiting for MEIOU&Taxes. Plus... it really doesn't feel like there's much left to do for my country. And so on and so forth. I just don't feel like playing, in general.

So bye, have fun without me or something.

Well, sad to see you go, mb you coulda formed hre in isdars absence :p

And I daresay azthor will have a hell of a fight on his hands if he wants all of Italy :D, no doubt Spain and ottomans will take parts too, if the ai doesnt stay in alliance with France.

Won't be the same with such a vacuum in central Europe :( but I guess its hard to arrange so many players for impromptu sessions

I'd say it is a shame to see you go, Tarran, but I am actually following suit. Stuck in the middle of everyone, despised by all my player neighbors and hated by the AI of my former allies. That is game over, alright. It was a good while it lasted, have yourselves a good game and until next time!

Tarran's leave creates a power vacuum, indeed.

Any more absentees for this session?

Pretty sure the game's over, people were talking about setting up another one. Lots of technical difficulties.
