Mmph, these starting times are really inconvenient for me. I might just bug out if it turns out we start on the latter two or even three times.

Tarran has the "Tarran Bug", a bug which causes the affected character to repeatedly hit teammates while dual-wielding instead of whatever the hell he is shooting at.

If you want me to be Portugal, then I could go as that. I just wanted to see how long I could survive as Byzantium in multiplayer.

I'm on the west coast of the US, and 7PM GMT+1 is 11AM where I am. I question how you can be in Canada and still have to wake up at 7AM or 7PM.

Just after lunch for me, but I suppose that is fine, barring the unusual and unexpected.

I think they changed around the AI so that if a player drops out unexpectedly the nation will try to keep on the same path that the player did. Also it will try to stay out of wars and what not.

Aye, it also won't break alliances that the human made, regardless of whether it normally would.

Out of curiosity, what will be the policy with spies between players and against AIs?

spies have been taken out of the picture. Diplomats can now perform "covert actions," but the game-breaking actions have been removed.
