CUTSCENE TIME

The wind suddenly picks up and the sandstorm catches up, the road is barely visible to you, but she continues driving
Then, you glance behind you, and you see head lights.

"We're being followed"
"Oh, shit, it's them"
"They begin shooting at you
"They have guns"
"GET IN THE BACKSEAT"
You get in the backseat
"DRIVE FASTER"
"I CAN'T SEE THE FUCKING ROAD"
"WELL DO SOMETHING"
"YOU HAVE A CROSSBOW SHOOT AT THEM"
"THEY HAVE GUNS"
"DOES IT MATTER"

Oh, dear. The color scheme looks like Christmas.

You shoot a bolt at their window, but it just bounces off.

"Alright, I have an idea, but it is very dangerous"

"Okay, I'll turn off all of the headlights, and drive into the desert, where there is no road"

A bullet nearly misses your head and the back an front windshields shatter, letting in the sand.

"I can't drive like this forever"

Suddenly the car makes a quick 90 degree turn off the road and into the desert, leaving behind tire tracks. After traveling so far into the desert, she stops the car.

"I think we lost them, I'm going to backtrack on foot to see if they followed us" She falters as says the last part and before you can say anything, has disappeared into the sandstorm"

Wait in the car with our crossbow ready.

[Ddynamo]

Hours of waiting and she still isn't back, the sandstorm, though, is stronger than it was before, and sand pours in from the windshields are completely blinding you. You don't know what to do either, seeing as how you having amnesia means that you don't even know how to drive, even if you didn't, judging by how expensive this old thing was to her, you probably never did learn.

Cutscene

Suddenly, footsteps can be heard, and then her voice calls out.
"You still there"
"Yeah"
"They didn't see us go down here, and on my way back I saw the mountains, we just drive this way, from here we don't need the road. Plus the sandstorm covered our tracks"

She starts the car, and on the way to the mountains, the storm stops again. The mountains are just in front of you.

"There they are, the Black Mountains, black as night and jagged as hell. We're going to have to leave the car here, the face is too steep to drive up and I don't know where the road is anymore...unless you want to sit here"
"Okay"
"I hope you know how to hike though"

As you climb up the steep mountain face, you ask
"So, what's your name"

You make your way over the first ridge

"Come on down into this valley, four more ridges to go" "Just watch your step, it's a long way down"

Carefully follow Rena.

You continue to follow Rena as she makes her way up the second ridge, remaining silent as you make it onto a road. She points in the direction of Woodland, and continues walking. In the distance, you hear what sounds like a helicopter.
