"Oh no you don't." Ari grunts as he wraps his arm around Jessica and gets the three of them through the portal. When they land on the other side of the gate, the Nurse shows up with weird goggles on and quickly uses a strange glove on the collar on Jessica, dissolving it immediately.

"Anything else I need to do?" Ari looks at where he thinks Joyce is as he hugs Jessica close.

"yes Jessica has a weak heart that zap will cause her to go into cardiac arrest"*Jessica's breathing becomes shallow and raspy as her heart slowly stops pumping*

Ari hugs back.

The Nurse quickly takes out a needle and injects it into Jessica. She would immediately have her heart start up again, and there would be no damage.

"Sorry for not asking, but it was urgent, especially with her bearing a child."

*Joyce nods*"I understand"

"If all are agreed, further injections over the next month will slowly strengthen her heart to appropriate levels. Also, welcome back." The Nurse smiles softly.

Ari turns to Jessica, waiting for her answer.

"I don't see any other option because I know that if I leave it be my heart will just give out again"

[RangerCado]

"THen I will continue these. Once in the morning and evening will make sure your heart stays completely healthy. Any other injuries of note that I need to look at?"

Ari looks at Joyce.

The Nurse and Ari smile, the Nurse crouching down to inspect Joyce carefully.

"Hmm... I can either use a regeneration mix to rapidly heal the damage but cause massive itching for an hour, or use more conventional means to heal them over the next year. Your choice, but choose quickly."
