((By the way, enchantment use has no rolls, it's just an instant success. I previously had Victoria use SPI rolls to use them, but after hearing the news from @Rag, I'll just say that she was just being a ditz by taking the more convoluted manual activation route rather than just using what amounts to the on button.))
