Meanwhile....

The settlement of Murburgh has been, for a relatively long number of years, peaceful. A small village of non-magicals, not much magical activity here. For so long as they remember, nothing has happened.

Until now.

A small, purple rift in the dimensions starts opening up in the middle of the village. The villagers walk around and look at it, amazed.

Little do they know what this will lead to.
