He appears to be closer to Isis than anyone. The pistol appears to be unloaded and you can't see anywhere he would put ammunition. He is very friendly to everyone.

Barth is clothed in ragged robes and has doctor's bag at his side. It is not zipped up and you can see medical implements inside. He appears to have taken a caring attitude to everyone. He seems to not like adventurers that much. He is equally close to everyone.
